Demaco, gevestigd in Noord-Scharwoude/ Alkmaar, is een marktleider in het werken met vloeibare gassen (lager dan -160°C). Deze gassen worden geproduceerd in luchtscheidingsfabrieken en zijn cruciaal voor industrieën zoalsde voedingsmiddelenindustrie, automotive, farmacie,, LNG, lucht- en ruimtevaart, wetenschap én de energietransitie naar waterstof.

Jouw Rol als Kostprijs Calculator bij Demaco:

• Ondersteuning bieden aan onze internationale accountmanagers bij offerte-creatie.
• Zelfstandige projectcalculaties uitvoeren binnen de cryogene sector.
• Beoordelen van cryogene projectaanvragen, solo of in teamverband, afhankelijk van de omvang.
• Gedetailleerde calculaties opstellen op basis van projecteisen en benchmarks, met nadruk op potentiële risico's.
• Nacalculatie data analyseren in samenwerking met het projectteam.
• Calculatiemodellen en prijslijsten up-to-date houden binnen de cryogene technologie.
• Direct rapporteren aan de Business Unit Manager.

Wat verwachten wij van onze nieuwe calculator?
Je bent nauwkeurig en analytisch. Daarnaast ben je sterk in plannen, communicatief vaardig, hebt een kritische houding en je bent in staat zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken. Daarnaast heb je:

• Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau, in de richting van werktuigbouwkunde is een pré;
• Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als calculator binnen een projectenorganisatie;
• Goede computervaardigheden, met name Excel en ERP software;
• Kennis van calculatiemethodes en het toepassen van kengetallen;
• Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift.

Are you seeking a job as a Project Calculator in cryogenic technology? Demaco, located in Noord-Scharwoude/ Alkmaar, is a market leader in working with liquid gases (below -160°C). These gases are produced in air separation plants and are crucial for industries such as food, automotive, pharmaceutical, LNG, aerospace, science and the energy transition to hydrogen.

Your Role as a Cost Calculator at Demaco:

- Provide support to our international account managers in quotation creation.

- Perform independently project calculations within the cryogenic sector.

- Evaluate cryogenic project requests, solo or in teams, depending on size.

- Prepare detailed calculations based on project requirements and benchmarks, focusing on potential risks.

- Analyse post-calculation data in collaboration with the project team.

- Keeping calculation models and price lists up-to-date within cryogenic technology.

- Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager.

Requirements

What do we expect from our new calculator?

You are accurate and analytical. In addition, you are strong in planning, have good communication skills, a critical attitude and are able to work both independently and as part of a team. In addition, you have:

- MBO+ working and thinking level, in the direction of mechanical engineering is a plus;

- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a calculator within a Project organisation;

- Good computer skills, especially Excel and ERP software;

- Knowledge of calculation methods and application of key figures;

- Good command of Dutch and English in word and writing.
